Dr. Scottie A. Reagan, II
Dr. Reagan grew up in Knoxville and graduated from Carson-Newman University with a bachelor’s degree in biology. He then earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery at the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in Memphis. After dental school he accepted a position with a non-profit organization in Bristol, Tennessee where he served as the clinic's first and only full-time dentist. While in Bristol, he also served as an adjunct faculty member for UT's College of Dentistry overseeing dental students during their final rotation in the clinic. Once his daughter was born, he chose to move his family back closer to home and start his own practice. He is excited to educate his patients and the community about oral health while doing his best to reflect God's love.
Kayla
Kayla is the Executive Director at Reagan Gentle Dental. She grew up in Sevier County and graduated from Carson-Newman University with a degree in Psychology and a minor in business. She has worked for large companies, non-profit organizations and most recently served as a non-profit Community Health Worker in Bristol, Tennessee. She enjoyed her time in the larger companies, but learned she loves the small business way of life. Although Dentistry is a relatively new field for her, she is excited to learn and get to know the patients in Jefferson City. She truly hopes that God's love is the first thing you feel when visiting Reagan Gentle Dental. On her off days you will see her chasing her daughter around, shopping, or both.

Charity
Charity has served for more than 20 years in the dental field. Her goal is to ensure that each patient feels comfortable and embraced like family when they walk through the door. Her favorite part of working at our practice is catching up with the patients that are returning for their cleanings and hearing about all their adventures in life since their last appointment. In her free time Charity enjoys spending time with her family and her fur babies.
Dental Hygienists
Stacy P.
Stacy is a Registered Dental Assistant and has worked in the dental field for over 20 years. She currently works at the front desk while also helping patients chair side during dental procedures whenever she is needed. In both roles, her favorite part of the job is building meaningful relationships with patients that ensure they feel comfortable, confident, and at ease in dentistry. She enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. She has dedicated her life to the Lord and feels very blessed to be a wonderful caring wife and mother of two beautiful daughters.
Our Assistants
Kathy
Kathy is a registered dental assistant with over 40 years of experience in the dental field. Kathy is dedicated to making patients feel comfortable and feeling like family when they leave our office. She is passionate about helping our patients maintain a healthy beautiful smile. For many of our patients, Kathy is the person that supports them during appointments. She is our clinical ambassador.
Maddison
Maddison has been a Registered Dental Assistant since 2018. The patient experience is her priority, and she works hard to ensure they feel comfortable in our office. Maddison enjoys helping our patients understand and implement their treatment plan and is highly skilled in her role. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Our Hygienists
Haley
Haley graduated from East Tennessee State University in 2022 with her bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene. Haley’s goal with each visit is to create a positive and educational dental experience despite dental related fears or anxieties. She feels the most important aspect of dental hygiene is creating a home care routine for the patient that is both effective and attainable for everyone. Haley enjoys reading, scenic views, and spending time with her family, but what brings her the most joy is going for iced coffee and pup cups with her fur baby, Arlo.
Kristie
Kristie is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She graduated summa cum laude with her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from East Tennessee State University in 2018. She is passionate about ensuring patients are comfortable and educated during their dental hygiene visits. In her free time, Kristie enjoys spending time with her husband and son.
Stacy C.
Stacy C. is a native of Jefferson County and has been a dental hygienist for over 30 years. Stacy graduated with high honors from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis with her Bachelor of Science degree. Stacy believes the most important aspect of practicing dental hygiene is educating her patients on the prevention and treatment of gum disease by customizing home care for each individual patient to maximize their oral health. Stacy enjoys decorating, shopping and nature walks, but what brings her the most joy is her faith and loving family.
